Rust Remover Chemical
Advantages:

✔ Rust Removal:
Quickly dissolves accumulated rust from iron, steel, rods, shutters, gates, bolts-nuts, machine parts, and other metal surfaces.

Applications Method:

✔ 1. Surface Preparation:
Clean the rusted area by removing dust, dirt, or loose rust. A wire brush may be used if required (optional).

✔ 2. Chemical Application:

🔹 Light Rust:
Apply QuickRust Z-02 directly using a brush, spray, or cloth. Wait 5–10 minutes. Then rinse with clean water or wipe with a dry cloth.

🔹 Medium Rust:
Apply a sufficient amount of chemical to soak the rusty area. Wait 10–20 minutes. Scrub lightly using a scrub brush or wire brush, then rinse and dry.

🔹 Heavy Rust:
Apply directly or use the dip method for 15–30 minutes. Scrub with a brush to remove dissolved rust. Rinse with clean water and let the surface dry.

📐 Usage Quantity:

✔ Light/General Rust Cleaning:
10–20 ml per sq. ft of metal surface.

✔ Medium Rust:
20–40 ml per sq. ft.

✔ Heavy/Thick Rust:
50–70 ml per sq. ft (may require dipping).

✔ Rebar/Rod Cleaning:
– Apply chemically by brushing or by dipping rods directly.
– On average, 30–50 ml is suitable for every 10 ft rod.

Additional Instructions:

Use gloves during application. Keep metal surfaces dry after cleaning to prevent rust formation. For excessive rust, a second application may be required.

Precautions:

Keep out of reach of children.
If the chemical comes into contact with eyes, mouth, or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
Follow the recommended ratio when diluting.
Always use gloves and eye protection during application.
Read the technical guidelines before mixing with other chemicals.
Avoid using the product under direct sunlight or in extremely hot conditions.
Do not leave the chemical container open for a long time.

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Always keep the lid tightly closed.
Maintain storage temperature between 5°C–35°C for best quality retention.
Do not store in wet areas or in direct contact with the ground.
Handle with care during transport to avoid shaking, impact, or leakage.

Shelf Life:

Remains effective for 24 months (2 years) from the manufacturing date.
Maintains quality if stored properly.
